The Sprint is the bodyworn processor with a BTE microphone and a coil.

Headset cable (Nucleus Sprint)

This cable connects the SPRINT processor (the small bodyworn box that is attached to a belt or a harness) to the BTE unit.  

Transmitting cable (Nucleus Sprint)

"Telecoil Sprint"

This is a miniature receiver that pichs up magnetic sounds signals from telecoil-compatible phones, induction loops in theatres neckloops,etc.  Plugs into the bodyworn speech processor and switches off the otiginal Sprint microphone.
