Accessories for the AB Harmony

The Harmony is a behind-the-ear (BTE) device with a BTE speechprocessor, a battery-compartment and a coil with magnet.  Available in 3 colours (click here for colour palette).

The battery-compartment consists of 1 large (Powercel Plus) or 1 small (Powercel Slim) rechargeable battery with a working autonomy of 21 hours, resp. 12 hours.

Alternatively, the battery compartment can be replaced by a connector with a body-worn battery box for one AA battery("powerpak").

This is the blue carrying case for the Auria processor.

Huggie (Clarion Auria)

This huggie (grip) is used with the PowerPak (CI-7400) to help keep the processor on the ear.

Direct connect cable for audio-connections (Clarion Auria)

This cable connects the Direct Connect Earhook for audio-connections with the stereo output of your audio-system (e.g CD-player, iPod, FM- of infraredsystem etc.).  A typical 3,5 mm stereo audiojack from your audio-deviceplugs into this cable.  A mono-to-stereo adaptor comes with it to be used for devices with a mono-output (e.g. an FM-system).

Signal Tester

"System Sensor for BTE"

This is a hand-held diagnostic tool for teachers and parents. It provides visual confirmation (by means of a green light) that the ear-level processor is communicating with the implant and the power source is operating.

Monitor Earphones

The Monitor Earphones allow a caregiver with natural hearing to check whether a processor s microphone and internal amplifier are receiving sound. This is typically helpful to check FM-devices and other accessories.
